PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compounded composition which improves the antimicrobial disinfectant actions of a cationic surfactant having antimicrobial disinfectant actions, realizes effective antimicrobial disinfectant actions in a low concentration, and is highly safe for skins, eyes, and the like.SOLUTION: The compounded composition comprises a specific cationic surfactant having antimicrobial disinfectant actions and a specified nonionic surfactant.
