PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corpuscular ray therapy apparatus which allows a user to recover an irradiation execution record with simple operation and device and to smoothly restart a therapy when the irradiation execution record is not stored in a database in scanning irradiation.SOLUTION: A corpuscular ray therapy apparatus 100 includes: an irradiation control device 51 for controlling an irradiation of a beam a radiation dose monitor 52 for measuring a radiation dose of the beam controlled by the irradiation control device 51 and storing an irradiation log A1 based on the irradiation data which records a course of the irradiation and an irradiation execution record generation device 53 for generating an irradiation execution record B1 according to the irradiation log A1 in the event of a failure of the irradiation control device 51. By this, even when the irradiation control device is in trouble, the irradiation execution record can be generated without requiring a manual calculation, which can shorten time before restart of the therapy and prevent erroneous calculation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】スキャニング照射において照射実施記録がデータベースに保存されなかった場合に、簡単な操作および装置で照射実施記録をリカバリし、スムーズな治療再開を可能にする粒子線治療装置を提供することを目的としている。【解決手段】粒子線治療装置100では、ビームの照射を制御する照射制御装置51と、照射制御装置51により制御されたビームの線量を計測するとともに、照射の経過を記録する照射データに基づく照射ログA1を記憶する線量モニタ52と、照射制御装置51が故障した場合には、照射ログA1に応じて、照射実施記録B1を生成する照射実施記録生成装置53とを備えることで、照射制御装置が故障した場合であっても、手計算を行うことなく照射実施記録を生成することができ、治療再開までの時間短縮、計算誤りの防止を図ることができる。【選択図】図1
