PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect not only on and off contact information, but also environmental information on a room, etc., and achieve coexistence with an existing nurse call system.SOLUTION: A care-receiver monitoring device includes a slave machine 10 and a master machine 20 that perform two-way communication wirelessly, to one of which a call switch 123 for a nurse call is connected. The slave machine 10 is provided with not only a bed leaving sensor, but also a room environment sensor, a vibration sensor, a biological sensor, etc., and detection signals by the sensors are transmitted to the master machine 20.
