According to one embodiment of the present invention, a device for preparing sauce comprises: a blending unit stirring a blend； a providing unit providing a raw material to the blending unit； and a temperature control unit disposed on a lower side of the blending unit to control the temperature of a lower portion of the blending unit. The blending unit includes: a plurality of covers disposed on an upper surface of the blending unit； a plurality of first mixing elements disposed a predetermined distance from each other along a central line in an inner side of the blending unit； and a second mixing element disposed between the plurality of first mixing elements. Each of the first mixing elements may include: a first axis connecting the upper surface and a lower surface of the blending unit to each other； and a first stirring member disposed on a lower side of the first axis and formed in a shape of having a plurality of teeth. The second mixing element may include: a second axis connecting the upper surface and the lower surface of the blending unit to each other； and a second stirring member having a plurality of blades disposed in opposite directions from each other with respect to the second axis. Each of the blades is formed in a C shape and includes a frame connected to the second axis and a grating arranged diagonally in the frame. An upper end and a lower end of the frame may be formed to be inclined in one direction.
