This invention provides a soymilk maker capable of separating soymilk and residues smoothly and increasing the recovery ratio of soymilk. The interior of soymilk maker of this invention is equipped with a base for the main body of motor that can be freely detachably provided with container. The interior of the container is freely liftably suspended with a basket. The basket that has side filter and bottom filter is equipped with a pulverizing blade rotatingly driven by the motor. The abovementioned base is equipped with a heater capable of heating the container. The soymilk maker is also equipped with a positioning mechanism that can selectively fix the basket at the soy pulverization position in the lower part of the container to make the blade rotate, or at the soymilk dehydration position above the water level in the container to make the basket rotate.
