Provided is an artificial limb structure having a magnetic lock device, comprising: an artificial limb coupled, at the upper end thereof, with the magnetic lock device； and a socket liner detachably coupled with the magnetic lock device that is coupled with the artificial limb, wherein the socket liner includes an attachment/detachment member that is capable of being attached to, and detached from, the magnetic lock device by a magnetic force, and the magnetic lock device includes: a permanent magnet； a magnetic flux control unit disposed on the permanent magnet to transmit the magnetic force generated by the permanent magnet to the attachment/detachment member or to interrupt the transmission of the magnetic force； a magnetic force interrupting unit located in the magnetic flux control unit to interrupt magnetic forces between permanent magnets that are arranged on opposite sides thereof； and a switch unit that adjusts the arrangement of the permanent magnets with respect to the magnetic force interrupting unit.
