The invention relates to a wave-resisting multiple articulation assembly type net cage cultivation device, comprising a float frame, a purse seine combined below the float frame, and an anchoring device connected to the purse seine. The invention mainly provides a circular float frame that is formed with multiple articulation structures and assembled by a plurality of buoys. When the net cage cultivation device is subject to tidal currents or wind waves, the net cage cultivation device is capable of being automatically adjustable and deformable in accordance with tidal currents or wind waves by means of the multiple articulation structures of the float frame, thereby greatly reducing destruction to the net cage cultivation device caused by tidal currents or wind waves and effectively solving the problems of present fixed float frame structures that are liable to be damaged by tidal currents or wind waves.
