The case has an opening part penetrating in an arrangement direction of the imaging element and the cable, and is disposed such that an opening surface on the imaging element side is in contact with an end surface of the holder. The imaging element is disposed such that the imaging element abuts against at least one of inner wall surfaces of the opening part of the case in a lateral surface and the image reception surface abuts against the end surface of the holder.
