Retroperitoneal laparoscopy (RL) is used for the renal/ureteric stone and for the nephrectomy also. By the intraperitoneal technique, there are chances of abdominal organ injury, or spillage of urinary tract contents into the abdomen. In RL, surgeons usually retrieve the specimen from the retroperitoneal space under the guidance of the cystoscope. With our new innovation, we are not required to use the cystoscope. We used the surgical glove (SG) or abdominal drain kit cover (ADKC) to which a long thread passed and one end kept outside of the cannula. In our design, the suture is passed in center of the opened area edge of the SG or ADKC to make it as bucket handle named as Rikkis bucket handle technique (RBHT). During surgery, the specimen kept in the SG or ADKC and telescope removed marinating the thread continuity. Now thread slowly pulled out and glove part including the specimen removed.
