The present invention relates to an electric respirator for an anesthesia device. The electric respirator comprises: a base unit which has a flow space formed therein in order to enable gas to flow, a feeding hole formed therein in order to feed the gas in the flow space, and a discharge hole formed therein in order to discharge the gas from the flow space a bellows which is connected with the base unit and is relaxed in order to feed the gas in the flow space or shrunken in order to discharge the gas from the inside to the flow space an opening unit which is installed in the base unit and is opened in order to decrease pressure in the flow space when pressure in the flow space is the same as or exceeds a particular level of pressure an operating unit which operates the bellows and a control unit which controls the operating unit so as to discern a position where the bellows is maximally relaxed. Accordingly, the bellows is relaxed and shrunken using a motor operated by means of electricity.
