The mouth-closing muzzle (2) comprises a dog muzzle (4), a muzzle frame (5) and a connecting base (6). The muzzle frame (5) is pivotally connected to the connecting base (6). The connecting base (6) is fixedly connected to the dog neck harness (1). The dog muzzle (4) is fixedly connected to the muzzle frame (5). The muzzle frame (5) is provided with a positioning hole (7). The positioning apparatus (3) comprises a positioning pivot (8), a positioning base (9), and a spring (10). The positioning base (9) is provided with a guide hole (28). When in use, the dog neck harness (1) is mounted onto the neck of a dog. When preventing the dog from biting, the mouth-closing muzzle (2) is swayed with hand to a position at which the dog muzzle (4) is aligned with the mouth of the dog, the mouth-closing muzzle (2) is automatically fixed by utilizing the positioning pivot (8) of the positioning apparatus (3), and the mouth (34) of the dog is isolated from a human body by utilizing the dog muzzle (4) to prevent the dog from biting the human body, thus effectively preventing the dog from biting anyone, and at the same time, a meshed muzzle does not obstruct the dog from opening the mouth thereof.
