PURPOSE: An in-ear type pulsimeter and an in-ear type hearing aid capable of measuring a pulse are provided to improve the accuracy of pulse measurement by using a plurality of piezoelectric film segments event through a vibration occurs. CONSTITUTION: A pulse measuring unit(100) measures a pulse by contacting a blood vessel of an external auditory canal. A display unit(400) displays the measured pulse data. A wireless communication module unit(500) transmits the measured pulse data to an external receiving device. A power supply unit(300) supplies power to the wireless communication module unit. A support unit(600) is connected to a receiving unit(200) and supports the pulse measuring unit.본 발명의 인 이어 타입의 맥박측정장치는 귓속 외이도의 혈관이 위치한 부위에 접촉하여 맥박을 측정하는 맥박 측정부(100), 맥박측정장치에 전원을 공급하는 전원공급부(300) 및 맥박 측정부(100)가 배치되면서 귓속에 삽입 안착되는 안착부(200)를 포함한다.본 발명에 따른 인 이어 타입의 맥박측정장치는 보청기와 같은 장치에 포함되어 별도의 장치나 시간을 들이지 않고도 편리하게 맥박측정이 가능하고, 맥박 측정부(100)는 복수 개의 피에조 필름 세그먼트(센서)를 사용하여 측정 시 진동이 발생하더라도 정확한 맥박측정이 가능하다.
