PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized and lightweight electron beam sterilizer.SOLUTION: A sterilized bottle storing chamber 20 to store sterilized bottles includes a cavity 24 for storing a pet bottle PB, the object of sterilization, and an exhaust route 28 to discharge ozone produced when electron beams are irradiated to the pet bottles PB. The sterilized bottle storing chamber 20 is opened for the insertion or discharge of pet bottles PB and is closed for their sterilization treatment. An electron beam irradiation gun 40 is composed of a gun body 41 to generate electron beams and a nozzle 42 connected to the gun body 41.
