An exercise inspiration method with physiological parameter sensing functionality is disclosed, which comprises the steps of: (a) providing at least a sensor and a prime while registering at least a predefined tempo and a predefined period of time (b) enabling the prime to issue a command for directing a user to respond accordingly (c) enabling the at least one sensor to detect the response of the user and transmit a response data of the detection to the prime (d) enabling the prime to analyze the response data and thus generate a response tempo accordingly (e) comparing the response tempo with the predefined tempo while basing the comparison to make an evaluation for determining whether the response tempo is going to synchronize with the predefined tempo within the predefine period of time and (f) accelerating the executing of the command while the response tempo is going to synchronize with the predefined tempo within the predefine period of time otherwise, decelerating the executing of the command.一種可量測生理參數之運動導引方法,包含步驟:(a)提供至少一感測器以及一主機,該主機係儲存有至少一預定節拍及一預定時間;(b)主機發出一指令,使用者接收到該指令後即相應動作;(c)感測器偵測使用者之動作,並將動作資料傳回主機;(d)主機分析傳回之動作資料,經分析後得到一動作節拍;(e)將動作節拍與預定節拍相比較,判斷是否在預定時間內達到一致;以及(f)若是,則加快該指令;若否,則減慢該指令。
