The present invention relates to an apparatus auxiliary used in a fitting step performed for manufacturing a shoe fit to a foot of a user in a process for manufacturing a customized shoe and a method thereof. In addition, the present invention relates to an apparatus and a system for analyzing that a shoe just before the finish is fit to a foot using a pressure sensor and a computer system with a number or a figure. Pressure sensors connected to the computer is attached to a main part of the foot. While a user wears a shoe, which is a fitting target, when a size of pressure loaded in a main part of the foot is transmitted to a computer, a size of pressure of each part is displayed in a model foot displayed in a monitor screen with a number or a figure. Thus, an amount of pressure of each of parts of the foot can be easily recognized. In other words, while a user wears a shoe, in view of an amount of pressure recognized for each main position of the foot, a final shoe is manufactured after a shoe last used for manufacturing a shoe is partially modified. Therefore, an apparatus and a method are able to help a customized shoe fitting to the foot and convenient to be manufactured. When a customized shoe is fitted until now, a shoe last was modified depending on wearer&primes subjective feeling to manufacture a shoe in an unreasonable manner.
