The proposed convenience model related to use for pepper stem cutting, which has high efficiency and it reduces labor cost of chilli stem removing. The model consists of metallic frame (1), motor (2), gear box (4), cylinder A (9) & cylinder B (10) and cutter assembly (12) as valuable component. The motor systematically install on frame (1) and connected to gear box (4) through pulley. Gear box is used for transferring required speed and torque to cylinder A (9) & cylinder B (10). Raw chilli will be poured through open inlet (11) into cylinder A. By centrifugal force, stem of chilies stuck in cylinder A which is made by circular perforated sheet. Cutting action will perform by cutting assembly (12) placed adjacent to cylinder. Cylinder B (10) is made by oblong perforated sheet and installed for removing stem of joint chillies and fine tuning of finish product. It improves machine efficiency. Stemless chillies move outside of the cylinder B by chute discharge port (16).
