PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effluent treater capable, on an occasion for treating an effluent generated on a medical site, of easily and assuredly mobilizing, based on a sanitary operation, a coagulant from a coagulant storage unit to an effluent housing unit.SOLUTION: The provided effluent treater 1 includes: an effluent housing unit 10 for housing an effluent on the upper portion of which an aperture unit 14 is formed a bellows 20 on which a coagulant is retained and from which the coagulant is discharged an effluent inflow passage for permitting an inflow of the effluent and a circulation switch valve 30.
