PURPOSE: Fresh soymilk and milk produced without heating, and a producing method thereof are provided to crush soybeans and other vegetable protein ingredients to obtain the soymilk.CONSTITUTION: A producing method of fresh soymilk comprises the following steps: crushing various kinds of dried or fresh beans and vegetable protein ingredients without heating adding functional components including iron, minerals, and vitamins adding sugar or honey, edible food coloring agents, and fruit flavoring agents and producing soymilk using the crushed ingredients instead of adding other food additives, and sterilizing the obtained soymilk.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013.
