The implant fixture comprises an internal thread and an upper abutment connector. The first abutment comprises an implant fixture connector, which is connectable to the upper abutment connector of the implant fixture. The first abutment further comprises a second abutment connector and a first passageway. The second abutment comprises a first abutment connector, which is connectable to the second abutment connector of the first abutment. The second abutment also comprises a second passageway. The first abutment and the second abutment are attachable to the implant fixture by a screw, which is insertable through the first passageway and the second passageway into the internal thread of the implant fixture. When assembled, there is a gap formed between the first and second abutment. This gap is situated below an intraoral surface formed by the proximal surface of the implant fixture.
