Verfahren zur Herstellung von Tierfuttermittel-Zusatzstoffen, basierend auf Lysin-Fermentationsbrühe, ohne Zugabe einer anti-hygroskopischen Substanz, wobei das besagte Verfahren aus den folgenden Schritte besteht:(a) Konzentrieren einer L-Lysin-Fermentationsbrühe direkt bis auf eine Gesamttrockenmasse von 48-52 Gew.-%, ohne ein Filtrierungsverfahren zu durchlaufen；(b) Bilden eines Mischkonzentrats durch Mischen des Konzentrats mit einem Gehalt-kontrollierenden Mittel oder freiem Lysin； und(c) Bilden von Körnchen, umfassend die Schritte des Einführens von feinkörnigen Keimteilchen von 200-500µm in einen Granulator, Erhöhen der Größe der feinkörnigen Keimteilchen, indem sie mit dem vom Boden des Granulators aus gesprühten oben erwähnten Mischkonzentrat beschichtet werden und Bilden von Körnchen mit einer zwiebelartigen Struktur, ohne Einsatz von mechanisch-physikalischen Geräten, so dass 0-5% der Körnchen eine Korngröße von höchstens 500µm aufweisen, 20-30% zwischen 500µm und 1000µm, 60-70% zwischen 1000µm und 1300µm und 0-5% eine Korngröße von größer als 1300µm aufweisen.Process for the preparation of animal feed additives based on lysine fermentation broth without addition of an anti-hygroscopic substance, said process consisting of the following steps: (a) concentrating an L-lysine fermentation broth directly to a total dry weight of 48-52% by weight without undergoing a filtration process； (b) forming a mixed concentrate by mixing the concentrate with a content controlling agent or free lysine； and (c) forming granules comprising the steps of introducing fine-grained seed particles of 200-500 μm into a granulator, increasing the size of the fine-grained seed particles by coating them with the above-mentioned mixed concentrate sprayed from the bottom of the granulator and forming granules an onion-like structure, without the use of mechanical-physical devices, so that 0-5% of the granules have a grain size of at most 500μm, 20-30% between 500μm and 1000μm, 6
