PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expand the application range of signal electric charge associated with X-ray radiation.SOLUTION: The mammographic system is provided with an X-ray tube 2 for generating X-rays, a pressure system to press the subjects breast, a nondestructive plane detector 5 for detecting the X-rays penetrating the pressed breast and hold electric charge after reading the signal, and a detector controller 8 for the control of the plane detectors electric charge accumulation, reading signals and resetting electric charge.
