Die Erfindung betrifft einen mehrlumigen medizinischen Drainageschlauch für die Behandlung von Wunden mittels von einem medizinischen Absauggerät erzeugtem Unterdruck. Dazu weist die Außenwandung des Belüftungslumens, vom Sauganschluss deutlich beabstandet, eine radiale Belüftungsöffnung auf. An dieser Stelle ist, den Saugschlauch koaxial dicht umschließend, eine Belüftungsmuffe angeordnet. In deren Innenwandung ist, mit der Belüftungsöffnung kommunizierend, eine Ringnut ausgebildet, welche wiederum mit einem in einem Hohlraum in der Wandung der Belüftungsmuffe unlösbar angeordneten Bakterienfilter kommuniziert.
