Anti-caking composition comprises component (a) which comprises a mixture of mono-, di- or tri-esters of quaternary ammonium compounds; and a component (b) comprising a solvent. Solvent is selected from the group consisting of mineral oils, paraffins and waxes derived from vegetable and animal fats and oils.
