PURPOSE: A drier having an improved heat supplying and circulating structure is provided to offer the uniform drying efficiency in a drying chamber by spraying hot air through an ejection hole of a guide duct. CONSTITUTION: A drier(100) having an improved heat supplying and circulating structure comprises the following: a hot blast duct(12) for circulating hot air from a drying room inner wall(11) to a drier thermal insulated outer wall(110)； a heater(21) and a blower fan(22) installed on a machine room(20) supplying the hot air into a drying room(10)； a hinged door(120) installed on the front side of the drier； a hot blast control plate(16) installed on the upper side of the drying room inner wall for controlling the hot air and a hot air outlet hole； and a guide duct(30) with ejection holes(31) closely installed around a supplying hole(15) on side walls of the drying room. The guide duct is coupled to the side walls of the drying room by welding or using a bolt.본 발명은 건조기에 관한 것으로 더욱 상세하게는 가정, 식당 또는 농어촌 등에서 과일이나, 농수산물 등을 건조시켜 새로운 건조 상품으로 가공하거나 오랜 기간 보관할 수 있도록 하기 위한 건조기에 관한 것이다.이러한 본 발명은 단열외벽으로 구성되는 건조기 전면부로 여닫이문이 구성된 건조실과 이 건조실 양측내벽에 건조물이 담겨지는 채반을 올려놓은 가이드닥트를 구성함과 함께,상기 건조실 상부의 장치실내에 가열히터와 가열히터로부터 가열된 열기를 순환시키기 위한 송풍팬 그리고 공기를 순환하기 위한 건조기 외벽과 내벽 사이로 열풍이 이송되는 열풍닥트를 구성하되, 상기 내벽 상하로 지정된 수의 열풍토출공을 천공하여 열풍닥트로부터 건조실내로 지정된 량으로 열풍을 공급함과,상기 건조실 양측내벽 상하로 채반이 올려지는 가이드닥트를 구성시켜 상기 열풍닥트로부터 공급되는 열풍이 가이드닥트의 분출공으로 분사되어 건조실내의 균등한 건조효과를 얻을 수 있도록 함을 목적으로 하는 것이다.본 발명의 또 다른 목적은 공급되는 열풍을 가이드닥트로 공급하고 이 가이드닥트에서 건조실내에 균등한 분출로 건조효과의 효율증대와 함께 구성이 간단한 가이드닥트에 의한 제조가 용이한 특징 및 균등한 건조효과를 창출할 수 있도록 함을 목적으로 하는 것이다.
