PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a venous valve incision blade that has less possibility to injure vascular endothelium and branches, is safe and easy, can reliably incise a venous valve, and can bring a cut end of the venous valve into a smooth cut wound, and to provide its manufacturing method.SOLUTION: A venous valve incision blade includes a circular guide 22 longitudinally extending along an axis center T and having a diameter smaller than the diameter of the intravenous lumen, a connecting rod 24 extending forward from a front end 22b of the guide, a tip cutter 30 connected to the front end of the connecting rod, and a flexible wire 26 extending backward from the rear end 22c of the guide. The tip cutter has a rear end part 32 having a curved surface toward the rear in the rear end. The rear end part has 4 or more cutting blade cones 34 of substantially triangular pyramid shape across an interval to each other in both directions of the axis center T. The cutting blade cone directs a vertex toward the rear and uses an outer circumferential surface of the tip cutter as one of the side coming in contact with the vertex, and 3-edge lines generated from the vertex forms sharp blades 40a, 40b. One of the 3-edge lines extends from the vertex toward the axis center.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3【課題】血管の内皮や枝を傷付ける可能性が少なく、安全かつ容易、確実に静脈弁を切開することができ、静脈弁の切り口を滑らかな切創にすることができる静脈弁切開刃とその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】軸心Ｔに沿って前後に延び静脈の内腔の径より小さい径をもつ円形であるガイド２２と、ガイドの前端２２ｂから前方に延びる連結棒２４と、連結棒の前端に連結された先端カッター３０と、ガイドの後端２２ｃから後方に延び可撓性のあるワイヤ２６と、を備える。先端カッターは後方に向かって湾曲した曲面をもつ後端部３２を後端に有し、後端部は、軸心Ｔの両方向に互いに間を隔てて４つ以上の略三角錐形状の切刃錐３４を有し、切刃錐は、頂点を後方に向け先端カッターの外周面を頂点に接する側面の１つとし頂点から発生する３つの稜線が先の尖った鋭い刃４０ａ，４０ｂを形成する。３つの稜線のうちの１つは頂点から軸心に向けて延びる。【選択図】図３
