PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin cleanser composition which can sufficiently remove a makeup such as a water-proof mascara which is hardly removed and obtain a moist bare skin feeling without leaving an oil agent on the skin.SOLUTION: There is provided a skin cleanser composition which comprises: (A-1) a copolymer containing (a1) a monomer selected from an acrylic acid and a methacrylic acid, (a2) a monomer selected from an acrylic acid alkyl ester and a methacrylic acid alkyl ester and (a3) a monomer selected from a polyoxyethylene alkyl ester of an acrylic acid and a polyoxyethylene alkyl ester of a methacrylic acid (A-2) a polysaccharide derivative having a polyoxyalkylene chain which has an average molecular weight of 300 to 100000 (A-3) a polyether polycarbonate (B) a polymer containing an acrylic acid or a methacrylic acid other than the component (A-1) as constituent components (C) a hydrocarbon oil having a viscosity at 30°C of 18 mPa s or less and (D) water.
