A first cut (51) and a second cut (52) are provided between a first elastic member (41) and a second elastic member (42) adjacent to each other. A first overlapping part (5a) is a part in which the first cut (51) and the second cut (52) overlap in a lateral direction. A third cut (53) and a fourth cut (54) are provided between the second elastic member (42) and a third elastic member (43). A second overlapping part (5b) is a part in which the third cut (53) and the fourth cut (54) overlap in the lateral direction. The first overlapping part (5a) and the second overlapping part (5b) overlap in the lateral direction.
