[Problem] To provide a cover implement for which there is no concern that the implement will shift position while being worn, and which achieves excellent swelling prevention and can be worn while bathing. [Solution] A cover article (1) is formed from a stretchable, waterproof material in a cylinder shape having a smaller diameter than the portion of the body upon which the article will be worn, the stretchability of the article is of a degree whereby the article applies a prescribed amount of pressure when worn on a portion of the body, an opening for inserting a portion of the body is provided to both ends, and the openings on both ends are provided with a waterproof portion.
