The present invention also provides a method for producing a cell sheet for cartilage repairing use, which is formed from a culture of cells derived from a cartilage tissue, said method including culturing cells derived from a cartilage tissue on a surface of a film to produce the cell sheet, wherein the surface of the film has a temperature-responsive polymer immobilized thereon and the culturing is completed before the cell sheet shows positivity in the immunostaining with an antibody directed against type II collagen.La présente invention concerne une feuille cellulaire adaptée à la réparation d'un cartilage. La présente invention concerne une feuille cellulaire pour une utilisation de réparation de cartilage, qui est formée à partir d'une culture de cellules dérivées d'un tissu cartilagineux, et qui présente une négativité dans l'immunocoloration à l'aide d'un anticorps dirigé contre le collagène de type II.
