PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent posture of a preliminary seedling placement tray from being switched into storage posture unexpectedly.SOLUTION: A posture switch mechanism 9 includes: a rotation support part 10 rotating a preliminary seedling placement tray 8 to change posture between seedling placement posture and storage posture a slide support part 11 supporting the preliminary seedling placement tray 8 to slide front/rear a clutch 12 restricting rotation of the preliminary seedling placement tray 8 in an engagement state and permitting the rotation of the preliminary seedling placement tray 8 in a state in which the engagement is released according to front/rear slide operation of the preliminary seedling placement tray 8 and a spring 13 energizing the preliminary seedling placement tray 8 in the engagement direction of the clutch 12.
