PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive skin patch capable of being deformed along the curved face of a largely bending part such as a hand or fingertips, and permitting easy removal of a carrier sheet after being stuck.SOLUTION: An adhesive layer 2 is formed on one surface of a flexible thin plastic base material sheet 1 whose thickness is approximately 10-50 &mum, and the plastic carrier sheet 3 whose flexibility is lower than the base material sheet 1 is temporarily attached to the other surface of the base material sheet 1. A part of the adhesive layer is covered with a light release sheet 41 whose adhesive force is small, and the other part of the adhesive layer is covered with a heavy release sheet 42 whose adhesive force is large to make the adhesive skin patch 5. The light release sheet 41 is released to be stuck to an affected part, and the heavy release sheet 42 is released so that the remaining part is stuck to the affected part. The carrier sheet can be securely and easily released by releasing the carrier sheet on heavy release sheet 42 side.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】手、指先のような曲面の曲りが大きく、屈曲したりする部分にも、その曲面に倣って変形することができ、貼付後にはキャリアシートを容易に取り除くことができるようにする。【解決手段】柔軟伸縮性で厚さが約10~50μmの薄いプラスチック製の基材シート1の一面に粘着剤層2を形成する。基材シート1の他面には上記基材シート1より柔軟伸縮性の低いプラスチック製のキャリアシート3を仮着する。上記粘着剤層の一部を接着力が小さな軽剥離タイプの剥離シート41で覆い、該粘着剤層の他部を接着力が大きな重剥離タイプの剥離シート42で覆って貼付材5とする。軽剥離タイプの剥離シート41を剥がして患部に貼り、重剥離タイプの剥離シート42を剥がして残りの部分を貼る。重剥離タイプの剥離シート42側のキャリアシートから剥がすと、キャリアシートを確実、容易に剥がすことができる。【選択図】図1
