The present invention provides a method for promoting peripheral nerve repair by combining low-power laser and nerve conduit, which includes: connecting the two ends of biodegradable nerve conduit to a near end and a far end of a damaged peripheral nerve and, irradiating the low-power laser on the implanted portion of the nerve conduit in a transdermal penetration manner, wherein the low-level laser is an AlGaInP diode laser with wavelength of 660 nm and power of 50 mW, and the irradiation period is 5 minutes each time.
