PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pelvic floor muscles pressing tool for appropriately pressing pelvic floor muscles.SOLUTION: A pelvic floor muscles pressing tool 1 is at least the length between a pubic bone and a coccygeal bone in a human body H in the longitudinal direction, and has a shorter width than a length between a pair of ischial bones in the human body H in the width direction to the longitudinal direction. The pelvic floor muscles pressing tool 1 has a convex upper surface which curves outward from one end to the other end of the width to the longitudinal direction over the entire part corresponding to the length between the pubic bone and the coccygeal bone in the human body H in the longitudinal direction.
