The cover is inside out and sewn onto the front of the garment. The garment is worn by the human whilst bonding with the pet in order to transfer their scent into the garment and potentially trigger the pets memory of the event. The garment is then removed. The insert is then placed on the reverse side of the garment opposite the cover.
