PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lumbar burden alleviation tool that facilitates attaching and detaching of the tool by preventing tangling between elastic members and with fabric, without impairing the function of assisting the muscles of the lower back in the anteflexion posture of the trunk and without interfering with the motion such as lateral flexion or circumflex of the trunk.SOLUTION: This is a lumbar burden alleviation tool 1 that assists the muscles of the lower back in the anteflexion posture of the trunk, by a first main member 10 for the bust which is arranged from the left shoulder to the right waist through the back, by a second main member 20 for the bust which is arranged from the right shoulder to the left waist through the back, and by a main member 3 for the lower half of the body which is connected with the main members 2 for the bust and arranged in the hip.
