PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restore a nurse call by an appropriate method according to the necessity of a procedure for a patient who has made a call by a nurse call.SOLUTION: A nurse call system includes an extraction part 12 for extracting a specific phrase from a patients call voice, a restoration system selection part 16 for selecting a normal restoration system or a field restoration system as a restoration system applied to the restoration of the nurse call according to the result of extraction by the extraction part 12, and a restoration control part 13 for controlling the restoration of the nurse call by the restoration system selected by the restoration system selection part 16 when the response to the nurse call ends. When a phrase related to a symptom for which a procedure for the patient is required is extracted by the extraction part 12, the restoration system selection part 16 selects the restoration system according to the phrase.
