PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tea leaf plucker of a tear leaf harvester running along a tea ridge and plucking tea leaves which blows up plucked tea leaves to a transport duct by pressurized air and carrying them to a tea leaf receiver, and being easy to replace a cutting blade.SOLUTION: A plucking device A includes a cutting blade unit case 20 having a clipper type cutting blade 29 at a lower part and pressure air blow-in ducts 14 and 15, wherein a cutting blade guide plate 30 supporting the blade is inserted into a groove 32 of a cutting blade guide-receiving plate 31. Main blow-up holes 23 and 24 are provided at the upper part of a rear wall 25 of the cutting blade unit case 20 and supplementary blow-in holes 21 and 22 are set in the lower part, to blow up a pressurized air from the main blow-up holes 23 and 24 to a transport duct 38, besides an inclined wall 27 is provided from the rear wall 25 to the front rim of the cutting blade guide plate 30 to form a wind pressure receiver 28 so as to cover the supplementary blow-in holes 21 and 22 and pressurized air is blown up from a space at the lower end of the inclined wall 27.
