PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily solid cosmetic for lips, giving luster and moistness to the lips, suppressing stickiness, smoothly spreadable in use and having excellent preparation stability.
SOLUTION: The oily solid cosmetic contains a dimer acid ester, a wax which is solid at room temperature and a 1,2-alkanediol having a carbon number of 5-10, preferably 1,2-hexanediol and/or 1,2-octanediol. The cosmetic may further contain an N-acylglutamic acid diester.
