An apparatus and method for stimulating one or more cells within a subject's brain by one or more magnetizable particles under the influence of at least one coil, wherein the coil is located outside the body of the subject, and is used to visualize and move the one or more magnetizable particles and to visualize the subject's underlying anatomy containing the one or more cells.
