The present invention relates to height adjustable crutches. Each of the crutches comprises: a main frame which is vertically extended and has a traction part at an upper end a body part which is vertically extended long, has an inner flow path where high pressure fluid is filled, and fixed and combined to a lower side of the main frame a hydraulic cylinder which has an upper side part inserted into the inner flow path, is vertically moved up and down by the manipulation of a user, and is configured as a plunger provided with a rubber tip at a bottom end. With use of the height adjustable crutches of the present invention, it is possible to walk stably by changing the entire length of the crutches and to adjust the length of the crutches automatically, thereby being convenient to use.본 발명에 의한 높이조절이 가능한 목발은, 수직으로 연장되며, 상단에 견착부가 구비되는 메인프레임 상하로 길게 연장되어 고압유체가 채워지는 내부유로를 구비하며 상기 메인프레임의 하측에 고정결합되는 몸체와, 상측 일부가 상기 내부유로에 삽입되어 사용자의 조작에 의해 상하로 왕복 이송되며 하단에 고무팁이 구비되는 플런저로 구성되는 유압실린더를 포함한다. 본 발명에 의한 높이조절이 가능한 목발을 이용하면, 계단을 오르내리거나 경사로 진입 시 목발의 전체 길이를 변경시킬 수 있어 안정적인 보행이 가능해지고, 목발의 길이를 자동으로 조절할 수 있어 사용이 편리하다는 장점이 있다.
