PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope processor device, an endoscope system, and a contactless power supply method for an endoscope system capable of excellently performing power supply to the endoscope in a contactless manner.SOLUTION: A power supply control unit starts power supply to an endoscope (S12) when externally triggered (S10). Upon start of the power supply to the endoscope, the endoscope is enabled, and voltage information indicative of the current voltage value Vrect is sent from the endoscope to the endoscope processor device through optical communication as feedback information. A control unit of the endoscope processor device receives the voltage information indicative of the current voltage value Vrect, and outputs the received voltage information to a power supply control unit (S14).
