The present invention relates to technology of a system for recycling food waste, which turns food waste produced in houses and restaurants into animal feed and to a recycling system of food waste, wherein the recycling system comprises a process for sorting and crushing, a dehydration process, a fermentation and drying process, a packaging process, a steam generating process in a sort crushing device, a dehydrator, a fermentation and drying device, a pellet device, a packaging device and a pellet boiler respectively, which enables the materializing of the fermentation and drying device used when the fermentation and drying processes are working, generates steam in the pellet boiler by using processed pellets in the pellet device and uses the generated steam in the fermentation and drying device.
