PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a living body data model creation method capable of controlling a scale of model data and maintaining shape accuracy.SOLUTION: In a first process, sampling means that a computer includes performs sampling of lattice points composing volume data discretely at a predetermined sampling interval when creating a living body data model from the volume data.
