PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it easy to synchronize the operation timings of a seedling taking unit and a planting unit.SOLUTION: In the seedling transplanter for transplanting seedlings in an agricultural field by a transplanting section tracted by a running section by elevatably connecting the transplanting section to the back side of the running section, the driving force can be transmitted from an engine arranged in the running section to the input shaft of the transplanting section via a power train, the transplanting section has a seedling feeder for feeding seedlings, the seedling taking unit for taking out the seedlings from the seedling feeder, and the planting unit for receiving the seedlings taken out by the seedling taking unit and planting the same in the agricultural field, transmits the driving force from the input shaft of the planting section to the seedling feeder, and parallely transmits the driving force from the input shaft of the planting section to the seedling taking unit and the planting unit. The seedling transplanter transmits the driving force from the input shaft of planting section to the seedling feeder and parallely transmits the driving force from the input shaft of the planting section to the seedling taking unit and the planting unit, thereby the operating timings of the seedling taking unit and the planting unit can be easily synchronized.
