PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a stable and high-precision washing of an optical system while the requirement to reduce a diameter is satisfied by a simple structure.
SOLUTION: Observation lenses 31a, 31b are sequentially disposed on a path on which a fluid from an air/water nozzle 60 spurts on a distal end cover 24 of a distal end portion 15. An endo-therapy accessory/suction channel 19 is configured by placing an opening part 26 in a position which satisfies an inequality expression, L1>L2 when a distance from the center O3 of the opening part 26 to the center O1 of the observation lens 31a is L1, and a distance from the center O3 to the center O2 of the observation lens 31b is L2.
