The present invention provides an ear tie (10) for insertion into a human ear to correct prominent ear deformity. The ear tie is formed from a shape-memory material and is pre-programmed in a first configuration to be in the form of a stilted arch comprising an arched portion (12) having a first and second end with a chord (14) therebetween, a stilt (16a, 16b) extending from the chord at each of the first and second ends of the arched portions and an engaging portion extending from the end of each stilt in the same plane thereof. In a second configuration, the ear tie is planar for insertion into an introducer. The introducer is inserted into the ear with the ear tie in the second configuration. The ear tie is then deployed from the introducer causing it to revert to the first, pre-programmed configuration.La présente invention concerne une attache d'oreille (10) pour l'insertion dans une oreille humaine pour corriger une déformation de l'oreille proéminente. L'attache d'oreille est formée à partir d'un matériau à mémoire de forme et est pré-programmée dans une première configuration de manière à être dans la forme d'un arc surélevé comprenant une partie arquée (12) ayant une première et une seconde extrémité avec un cordon (14) entre ces dernières, une surélévation (16a, 16b) qui s'étend à partir du cordon au niveau de chacune des première et seconde extrémités des parties arquées et une partie de prise s'étendant depuis l'extrémité de chaque surélévation dans le même plan de celle-ci. Dans une seconde configuration, l'attache d'oreille est plane pour l'insertion dans un dispositif d'introduction. Le dispositif d'introduction est inséré dans l'oreille en compagnie de l'attache d'oreille dans la seconde configuration. L'attache d'oreille est ensuite déployée à l'aide du dispositif d'introduction qui amène cette dernière à revenir à la première configuration, pré-programmée.
