The present invention relates to a composition for preparation of powdered dressing and a preparation method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a composition for preparation of powdered dressing and a preparation method thereof and to powdered dressing prepared by using the composition for preparation of powdered dressing and a preparation method thereof, the composition for preparation of powdered dressing comprising: powdered oil and fat and modified starch, thereby allowing preparation of dressing in a powder form which is easy to carry and convenient for use； preventing separation of oil from the dressing during storage and distribution； allowing the dressing to have water solubility using moisture in a vegetable when the dressing is applied to the vegetable； and enhancing adhesion between the vegetable and the dressing by imparting viscosity to the dressing.본 발명은 분말 드레싱 제조용 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는, 분말유지 및 변성전분을 포함함으로써 휴대가 간편하고 사용에 편리한 분말 형태로 드레싱을 제조할 수 있고, 보관 및 유통 중 유분리 현상을 일으키지 않으며, 드레싱을 채소에 적용시 채소의 수분을 이용한 물풀림성을 갖고, 점성을 제공함으로써 채소와 드레싱 간의 부착력을 증가시킬 수 있는 분말 드레싱 제조용 조성물 및 그 제조방법, 그리고 이를 사용하여 제조된 분말 드레싱 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
