The present invention relates to a novel zinc(II)-dipicolylamine (Zn-DPA) complex consisting of: a phosphophilic functional part of Zn-DPA； a membranephilic functional part； and a linker part connecting the phosphophilic functional part and the membranephilic functional part. The present invention further relates to a siRNA delivery system containing the Zn-DPA complex as a carrier. The Zn-DPA complex of the present invention shows low toxicity, and efficiently delivers siRNA into cells, thereby being widely useful for diagnosing and treating diseases and also useful for various investigations using siRNA.본 발명은 아연(Ⅱ)-다이피콜일아민(이하, Zn-DPA라 함)의 친인산 기능부, 친세포막 기능부 및 상기 친인산 기능부와 친세포막 기능부를 연결하는 링커부로 구성되는 신규의 Zn-DPA 착화합물과, 상기 Zn-DPA 착화합물이 수송체로 포함되어 있는 siRNA 전달시스템에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 Zn-DPA 착화합물은 낮은 독성을 가지고 있고, 효율적으로 siRNA를 세포 내로 전달하므로 siRNA를 이용한 각종 연구, 질병의 진단 및 치료에 다방면으로 이용이 가능하다.
