The present invention relates to a diffused reflective traffic safety mat having a sticky capturing chamber. According to the present invention, the diffused reflective traffic safety mat comprises: a main layer (10) having a plurality of capturing chambers (12) and a reflective external cover layer (20) attached on one surface of the main layer (10) to finish one side opening part of the capturing chambers (12). The reflective external cover layer (20) comprises a diffused reflective surface (40) forming an inner part corresponding to each capturing chamber (12) by a forcible wrinkle while an edge part is deformed and supported by the main layer (10). Since an adhesive layer (30) is formed on one surface of the reflective external cover layer (20), the adhesive layer (30) in facial contact with the main layer (10) forms an adhesive part (32) and a sticky surface (34) is formed by the adhesive layer (30) exposed through the capturing chamber (12). Thus, the reflective external cover layer is formed in a simple manufacturing process of attaching the reflective external cover layer on one surface of the main layer and at the same time, the inner part corresponding to each capturing chamber forms the diffusive reflection surface formed by the forcible wrinkle while the edge part of the reflective external cover layer is deformed and supported by the main layer, so the light of a vehicle headlamp is diffused when the traffic safety mat is installed on a roadside tree and thereby dazzling effect is prevented.
