PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell culture facility suitable for cell culture, the facility being supplied with clean air from which viruses and mycoplasma are removed, and to provide a cell culture method for culturing cells under the clean environment.SOLUTION: The cell culture facility 1 comprises a cell culture environment in which clean air G5 at least once passed through a virus/mycoplasma treatment unit 4, a chemical filter 3, and a HEPA filter 2 is introduced and the clean air G5 fills. The cell culture method comprises the steps of generating clean air by at least once passing air through a virus/mycoplasma treatment unit, a chemical filter, and a HEPA filter to generate clean air, and culturing cells under an environment in which the clean air is intruded and the clean air fills.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
